We lead the industry with modern, maintenance-free Conductive Concrete Earthing systems—proven to deliver stable, low-resistance performance for decades. In an age where Coal & Salt methods are rapidly becoming obsolete, we offer a safer, smarter, and long-term solution for grounding.
Whether it’s a telecom site in rocky terrain, a solar power plant in dry soil, or a critical substation in a metro city, our solutions are designed to perform under any condition—with:
<1 Ohm resistance
30–50 year lifespan
Zero corrosion
No chemical leaching
No recurring maintenance (No Water, No refilling, No replacement )
We Undertake
Outcome:
An average soil resistivity values on the basis of readings at the site, and recommendations on the basis of the rod depth insertion possible and measurement taken by ERT machine.
Soil Resistivity Testing
Purpose: To understand the electrical characteristics of the soil and build the foundation for accurate earthing system design.
What we do
Conduct on-site soil resistivity measurement using the (Wenner four-pin method or E.B.Curdt’s method) to measure resistivity at various depths.
Record data at multiple locations across the site to capture soil stratification and seasonal variability.
Analyse readings and average out soil resistivity for the site, which predicts how current will dissipate in the ground.
Document all test setups, readings, calculations, and site photos for traceability.
Design and Recommendation
Purpose: To design an earthing system that achieves the target earth resistance value safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
What we do
Perform design calculations based on soil resistivity data, site load details, and safety standards (IEEE 80 / IS 3043 / IEC 60364).
Determine the type, size, quantity, and layout of earthing electrodes (vertical rods, earth mats, rings, or grids).
Where natural soil resistivity is high, recommend use of conductive concrete to lower resistance.
Provide a full design drawing (plan and cross-section) with expected resistance value and bill of materials.
Outcome:
A technically validated earthing layout and material recommendation tailored to your site conditions and desired resistance value required.
Outcome:
After supply of material, manpower is put on job for excavation, boring at site and pre-castd or fresh casted Conductive concrete earthing electrode is fully installed and after curing period , testing and it ready for operation.
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning
Purpose: To install the designed system with quality workmanship and validate its electrical performance.

Supply all approved materials: copper/galvanized electrodes, conductive backfill, clamps, strips, Pit Cover/ chambers, etc.
Execute earth pit excavation, electrode driving, jointing/welding, and backfilling with conductive materials as per design.
Perform quality checks during installation: electrode alignment, depth, connections, and bonding.
Conduct commissioning tests: fall-of-potential test, earth continuity test.
Ensure proper tagging, labelling, and site restoration after completion.
Final Report Submission and Warranty Certificate
Purpose: To provide documented evidence of compliance, safety, and long-term assurance.
What we do
Prepare a comprehensive final report including:
Soil resistivity test data and analysis
Design drawings and calculations
Material specifications and test certificates
Installation photographs and as-built layouts
Commissioning test results and measured earth resistance values
Issue a Warranty Certificate covering:
Performance of conductive backfill/concrete materials (as per manufacturer warranty)
Outcome:
A complete documented record of your earthing system and a formal warranty for peace of mind.
What Differentiate Us from Others ??
Advanced Conductive Concrete Technology
(CC Earthing)
- Unlike Coal & Salt, our CC Earthing uses conductive concrete backfill that:
- Doesn’t dissolve, wash away or decay
- Offers permanent low-resistance path
- Is effective in dry or rocky soil conditions
- Achieves <1 ohm resistance reliably without depending on moisture
Edge over competitors: We are providing a scientifically engineered solution — not just a product.
Long-Term Value vs. Short-Term Fixes
- Our system lasts 30–50 years, as opposed to 3–8 years with traditional and conventional methods.
- No need for frequent maintenance, water pouring, or pit digging again.
Edge over Competitors: Lower total cost of ownership (TCO), greater peace of mind for mission-critical installations (telecom, solar, hospital, IT, etc.)
Environmental and Compliance Friendly
- No leaching of salt/chemicals into soil
- Meets or exceeds IS:3043 standards and other global standards like IEEE 80
- Safe for Enviroment (Not impact plants and trees, Doesnot pollute water and soil as it is Non Chemical)
Edge over Competitor: Save Trees, Save Soil and Save Water . Only product which is Future-ready solution, especially as pollution & soil degradation regulations tighten.
Basic Requirements of an Effective Earthing System
To truly serve its purpose, a grounding system must meet these technical and performance standards:
1. Low and Stable Earth Resistance
Target value: <1 ohm (preferably <0.5 ohm in sensitive installations like data centers, substations).
Traditional methods often fail to maintain low resistance over time due to soil drying or material degradation.
2. Longevity / Lifespan
Expected lifespan: >30 years with minimal maintenance.
Coal & Salt systems often fail within 3–5 years due to corrosion and leaching.
3. Corrosion Resistance
Materials should be non-corrosive or protected to avoid current-carrying capacity degradation over time.
4. Consistent Performance in All Soil Conditions
Especially in rocky, sandy, or high-resistivity soils where traditional methods are ineffective.

“Why Conductive Concrete Earthing Sets Us Apart”
Designed for decades of operation, conductive concrete earthing resists corrosion, chemical attack, and seasonal soil shifts. Minimal inspection and upkeep are required, cutting downtime and replacement costs. For projects aiming for long term ROI, it offers a reliable, durable, worry free solution.
SUSTAINABLE EARTHING SOLUTION
Does not require water & charcoal, chemical on regular interval as it is required in Traditional (Salt and Charcoal) or Conventional (Pipe, Plate, PIP etc) or chemical earthing. It is found practically that other earthing resistance value increase over time while Conductive Concrete earthing resistance values start decreasing overtime. We have got Performance Certificate to prove the Maintenance-Free for 50+ Years.
NO LEACHING IN SOIL
Traditional (Salt and Charcoal) or Conventional (Pipe, Plate, PIP etc) or chemical earthing use material, which is wiped out during heavy rain. It is observed that most of the Electrocution and Fire accident due to short circuit happen during monsoon. Electrically Conductive Aggregate Material is Composition of Carbon/Graphite and when mixed with Cement become solid that is stronger than grade 25 concrete, providing a permanent structure that won’t shrink or wash away.
LOWEST LIFE CYCLE COST
Conductive Concrete Earthing has lowest life cycle cost when compared to Traditional, Conventional and Chemical Earthing. The life span of Traditional, Conventional and Chemical earthing is 5 to 8 years due to corrosion, while Conductive concrete has lifespan of 50+ years. Taking into consideration the manpower and maintenance for refilling and replacement, it is found that other earthing available are many times costlier than Conductive concrete.
CORROSION FREE EARTHING
Traditional (Salt and Charcoal) or Conventional (Pipe, Plate, PIP etc) or chemical earthing need water and chemical for ionic conduction, due to which corrosion start happening within few years, while in Conductive concrete earthing conduction is electrical just like in metal and does not corrode at all when compared to other earthing available in the market.
VERSATILE APPLICATIONS
Conductive Concrete Earthing is used for versatile application such as Transformer, Generator, Sub-station, Lifts, Electrical and Telecom Towers, Industrial Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Residential Buildings, Hospitals, Factories, CNC Machines, DCS and Electrical Panel, Solar Projects, for Earthing and Lightening Protection, etc.
STABLE RESISTANCE VALUE
In Earthing, maintaining the resistance value is most critical, which is found neglected in most of the cases. We provide the stable resistance value for lifetime. The material we provide is of International Standard BS EN 62305 for Lightening and BS 7430 for earthing having Permanent & consistent low resistance of 0.001 Ωm
